Domestic Shipping

 

Why stop shopping when you can receive free shipping? With a minimum purchase of $100 or more, shipping is no cost to you. This limited time offer applies only to standard ground shipping.

 

What is your return policy?

Purchases are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund unless item is broken or damaged.

o    If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you.

     

o    We reserve the right to refuse a store credit if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

o    Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

     

o    Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise and must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.

     

o    Jewelry and sunglasses are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable. Jewelry and sunglasses are not returnable if they are in the sale section or a custom item.

     

o    Please remember sale and coupon code items over 10% off will remain final sale.

 How should I send my return back?

 

Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

·         Email us regarding your return. Please include images of your damaged item.

·         If approved we will email you the form needed for return.

·         Once received securely repackage your items in the package you received them in.

·         Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed RETURN form.

·         Your return label will be sent via email.

 

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of the return shipping of 5.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Magnolia Silks.

 

PROCESSING TIME

 

 What if my package is refused or not delivered?

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.

·         Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18.00 return cost.

·         3 Day Shipping and Ground Shipping: $7.00 return cost.

·         If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed your tracking number will be sent via email. Any additional questions regarding you order can be sent via email to customercare@magnoliasilks.com

 

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at immediately after making your purchase 888-777-5177. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 pm EST. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders cannot be cancelled.

 

How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
